Jaden
Jaden (Jiaqi) started Jiaren Yoga Studio in 2017 with mission to provide affordable, high-quality yoga classes to local community, so that students can discover the connection between their mind and body in safe space.
Jaden has taken many workshops and trainings to help deepen her understanding of anatomy, physical alignment, and intelligent sequencing. She is a R-YT 200 hour registered Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance, has completed her 200 Hour Power Teacher Training & Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training through CorePower Yoga.
Jaden started her yoga journey since 2014 to simply build strength and flexibility in her physical body, and to remove chronic pain from years of studying and working. Through regular practice, she realizes yoga is not only a good physical exercise, but also a healthy lifestyle that she wants to keep for her lifetime. In order to keep yoga as a lifestyle and further the study, she decided to become a yoga instructor so that she could share with people what she has felt in her body and learnt in the community.
Jaden teaches from the heart, creating a comfortable, welcoming environment in her classes. Her class incorporate mindful breathing techniques that help students linking breath to each movement. She welcomes students of all skill levels.
